Registering serial numbers
To register a Crocodile simulator licence, you need the serial number(s) you received with your puchase.
It is only possible to register simulator serial numbers with a version newer than v504*:
You cannot register a serial number received with an older version of the software.
* It is possible to register Crocodilia Subscription serial numbers with an older version, as long as it is before the expiry date indicated on the packaging.
Multiple serial numbers
You may have received several serial numbers with your purchase. If you have purchased a Crocodile simulator licence for the first time, you will have received:
- A serial number for your Crocodile simulator licence.
- A serial number for your free Crocodilia trial subscription.
Although you can register these in either order, we recommend that you register the Simulator licence first, then log in and register for your subscription.
Identifying a serial number
A serial number is a 16-digit number, with 4 groups of 4:
The media your serial number is printed on (CD case sticker, letter or card) should clearly state what it represents, but if you require further information, see below.
Crocodilia Subscription
Crocodilia Subscription serial numbers can be identified by a '6' or '7' in the position highlighted:
Crocodile Simulator
Crocodile Simulator serial numbers can be identified by a '0' or '2' in the position highlighted:
School Site Licence Certificate
A School Site Licence Certificate serial number will have the digits '0305' in the highlighted position:
