Overview > Finding Existing Licence Details

How do I find my current Licensee Name and Licence Code?

Your current Licensee Name and Licence Code can be found in the 'About Box' of your currently installed software.

To access this information:

  • Start the software.
  • Click on the 'Help' menu and select the 'About Crocodile...' item.

  • Various information about your licence will be displayed.

It is important that you note both the Licensee Name and Licence Code, taking care to notice upper and lower case letters.

Note: Users of Crocodile Technology v410 cannot access their licence information in this way. If you are a Crocodile Technology v410 user, please click here for instructions.

What is a School Site Licence Certificate?

If your site changed from a Concurrent User Licence to a School Site Licence, you will have been sent a certificate confirming your new licence. Included with this certificate is a serial number which looks like this:

As part of the registration process, you may be asked for this serial number. This allows us to confirm that you have a School Site Licence, and provide you with an appropriate licence code.
